Karnataka Temple Tour

DAY 1 : BENGALURU – MYSORE (150 KM)

On arrival in Bengaluru, you will be received and transferred to Mysore. Check in to your hotel. Evening visit Chamundeshwari Temple. If time permits visit Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple at Srirangapatanam or Srikanteshwara Temple, Nanjangud (These temples are around 27km from town but in opposite directions). Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 2 : MYSORE – KUKKE (190 KM)

Today after breakfast check out and procced to Kukke Subramaniyan Temple. On arrival check in to your hotel and later visit Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 3 : KUKKE – DHARMASTHALA – MANGALURU (60 KM +90 KM)

After an early breakfast check out and proceed to Dharmasthala. Enroute visit Sauthadka Ganapathi Kshetra.  On arrival in Dharmastala, visit Manjunathaswamy Temple, Sri Rama Kshetra & Bahubali Statue. You may also visit the Jain Temple - Sri Chandranatha Swami Digambara Basadi. Later proceed to Mangaluru (If time permits, you may take the route via Moodabidri to visit the 1000 Pillar Jain Temple) . On arrival, check into your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4 : MANGALURU - UDUPI (70 KM)

Early morning proceed for darshan of Kadri Manjunatha Temple, Mangaladevi Temple, Sharavu Mahaganapathi Temple, Kudroli Gokarnanatha Temple. Later return to hotel for breakfast. Check out and proceed to Udupi. Enroute visit Kudupu Ananthapadmanabha Temple & Kateel Durga Parameshwari Temple. On arrival in Udupi check in at your hotel and take some rest. In the evening visit Shri Krishna Temple, Chandramouleshwara Temple, and Anantheshwara Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 5 : UDUPI – MURUDESHWAR – GOKARNA (100 KM + 80 KM)

Early morning visit Kadiyali Mahisha Mardhini Temple and Sri Mahakaali Taayi Gudi – Ambalpadi. Return to hotel for breakfast and checkout and proceed to Murudeswar. Enroute visit Saligrama Narasimhaswami Temple & Anegudde Vinayaka Temple. On arrival at Murudeswar, visit the temple. Later proceed to Gokarna. If time permits visit the Ganapathi Temple at Idagunji enroute. On arrival in Gokarna, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 6 : GOKARNA – SIRSI (80 KM)

Morning visit Mahabaleshwara Temple, Shree Maha Ganapati Dev temple & Shri Tamra Gouri Devi Temple. Later checkout and proceed to Sirsi. Check in to your hotel and later proceed to visit Sahasralinga (in the afternoon), Goddess Marikamba Temple & Sri Madhukeshwara Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 7 : SIRSI – KOLLUR (140 KM)

Today after an early breakfast checkout and proceed to Kollur. Enroute visit Sigandur Chowdeshwari Temple. On arrival check into your hotel. In the evening visit Mookambika Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 8 : KOLLUR

Today early morning take jeep ride to Kudajadri. A moderate trek takes you to ‘Sarvajna Peetam’ on top of the hill. Return back to hotel by noon. Take rest and in the evening visit temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 9 : KOLLUR – SRINGERI – HORANADU (110 KM + 40 KM)

Today after an early breakfast check out and proceed to Sringeri. Enroute visit Maranakatte Shri Brahmalingeshwara Temple, Kamalashile Brahmi Durgaparameshwari Temple & Shankaranarayana Temple. On reaching Sringeri have lunch and visit Vidya Shankara Temple and Sri Sharadamba Temple once they open. Later drive to Horenadu Check in to your hotel and later proceed to visit Adhishakthyathmaka Sri Annapoorneshwari Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 10 : HORANADU – BENGALURU (320 KM)

Today ater breakfast check out and proceed to Bengaluru. Enroute visit Kalaseshwara Temple at Kalasa. You also have the option to visit Belur (Chennakeshava Temple)/Halebid (Hoysaleswara Temple) if time permits. Else continue to Bengaluru. On arrival in Bengaluru, you will be dropped at Airport/Railway station for departure.
